Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) in Houston to deliver outstanding member experiences, drive sales, and lead the Sales and Service team. The SSM will hire, train, and coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure achievement of club targets for new member sales, fitness revenue, and retail offerings.

The role emphasizes member-centric service, operational excellence, and collaboration with the General Manager to optimize performance and satisfaction across the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: HS diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in service sales and supervision of a team.
• Fitness industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Service team to deliver member-focused experiences.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, and service revenues within the club.
• Develop and execute local club marketing and lead-generation activities.
• Coach and develop team members to meet targets and provide exceptional service.
