24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) at our Issaquah location. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding member experience while driving sales of memberships, fitness packages, and retail products.

The SSM hires, trains and develops the Sales and Service team, ensuring tailored guest solutions and maintaining a high standard of service. Ability to lead, coach and optimize performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and CPR/AED certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Leads Sales and Service to offer products and services tailored to members.
• Coaches and assesses team performance and provides ongoing training.
• Oversees training to ensure exceptional member service.
• Achieves department sales, retention, and revenue targets.
