Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and membership software.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model and relate products to fitness needs.
• Tour and onboard guests, explain facilities and services.
• Enroll members following MAP procedures and drive retention.
• Generate leads and set appointments to grow new business.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals.
