Job summary

Blue Star Investments is seeking a Club Sales Manager to lead sales, member experience, and staff development at our Ocala, FL location. You will drive membership, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure a welcoming club environment that supports growth and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced fitness club setting. Hourly position with some weekend coverage and travel minimal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a team, self-starter.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement.
• Focus on member experience with follow-up to members and prospects.
• Review club reports to improve strategies.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
• Lead meetings and performance reviews with staff.
• Perform weekly bank deposits and inventory counts.
• Maintain club and equipment in clean condition.
