Blue Star Investments, LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking a Club Sales Manager to lead membership growth, drive sales of training and merchandise, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

You will supervise club staff, collaborate with the district manager, and implement marketing campaigns while maintaining the club’s upkeep and safety standards. This is a full-time, hourly role with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns as set forth by the Marketing Director.
• Post on club’s social media accounts to engage the community.
• Focus on member experience with proper follow-up to members and prospects.
• Review club reports to improve strategies and identify trends.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
• Lead meetings, set goals, and conduct performance reviews with staff.
