You will collaborate with multiple departments to deliver consistent service, manage schedules and payroll, and elevate arrivals and departures while upholding club standards and resolving issues with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Club reception operation and set service tone for the team.
• Schedule, train, and oversee payroll and benefits.
• Maintain accountability with clear performance expectations and coaching.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support VIP arrivals and relay member information to departments.
• Build relationships with members and understand preferences.
• Elevate arrival/departure experience and enforce club rules.
• Document and escalate member feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
