The Ned Washington DC’s Ned’s Club is seeking a Club Reception Manager to lead the front desk team and deliver outstanding hospitality for members and guests. You’ll train and supervise receptionists, guide daily operations, and ensure a warm, professional welcome.
You will collaborate across departments, manage scheduling and payroll, and support VIP arrivals while preserving the Club’s standards and guest satisfaction.
Our reception team is positioned in the heart of our stunning ground floor lobby and is the focal point for guests arriving at the club. Surrounded by our art collection and decorative Byzantine style concrete mosaics, it’s a great place to work and welcome our guests. Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW.
The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-store building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.
The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory.
