Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, seeks a Retail Manager to lead the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB program, driving the CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience across the store. As a salaried leader, you will support Manager on Duty shifts and champion a CLUB culture of outstanding service.

You will coach Outfitters, recruit top talent, and partner with leadership to improve CLUB metrics and store performance while ensuring compliance and seamless events.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4+ years sales, management, or leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience across the store.
• Coach and train store leadership, peers, and outfitters to improve CLUB referrals and engagement.
• Recruit and develop great talent; provide timely feedback and development plans.
• Ensure CLUB compliance, monitor metrics, and coordinate actions to meet targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
