• Maintain safety and proper merchandising, handle claims/returns, and ensure proper stocking and pricing per policies
• Oversee the picking and staging of club pickup orders and ensure accuracy and adherence to club policies
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs and monitor performance using KPIs
