Job summary

Excel Fitness in Mineral Wells, TX is seeking a full-time Club Manager to lead operations and a team of up to 20 Team Players, driving member satisfaction and KPI performance. You will coach, supervise, and develop staff while managing budget and ensuring policy compliance.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and Sr. General Manager, requiring a HS diploma, 6 months of management experience, CPR/AED certification, and proficiency with Excel, Word, DataTrak, Workday and Service Channel.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six (6) months of equivalent management experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required; training within first 30 days if not certified.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, develop, and supervise others.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, data systems, and KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise up to 20 Team Players at one location.
• Coach and document performance through TPAs and evaluations.
• Plan strategies with AM/Sr GM to attract and retain members.
• Manage club budget and ensure profitable operations within budget.
• Ensure staff trainings, certifications, and policies are up to date.
• Oversee recruit, hiring, and new-hire processes with HR.
