You will oversee hiring, onboarding, training, certifications, scheduling, payroll, inventory, inspections, and community events, ensuring superior member service and a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to supervise teams.
• Experience leading, training, and mentoring staff.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and club operating tools.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in planning strategies to attract and keep members while upholding core values.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and certification of Team Players.
• Supervise staff, coach performance, and manage scheduling and payroll items.
• Monitor KPI goals, audit operations, and ensure a clean, high-service facility.
• Manage inventory, coordinate with HQ, and support marketing and events.
