Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years customer service experience in a retail, restaurant or in-person service industry.
• 3+ years leading operational teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must obtain a current CPR certification.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager by forecasting upcoming staffing needs.
• Lead membership sales training and coach Member Experience Specialists.
• Drive club financial results and supervise attainment of revenue and operating profit targets.
• Promote a welcoming, uplifting guest experience and uphold the UPLIFT culture.
• Recruit, hire, and train frontline team members and lead by example.
