Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Colorado Springs. This exempt, salaried role reports to the General Manager and guides club operations to deliver a world-class guest experience. Training will begin in August, including travel to another market for launch experience.

The AGM will lead a high-performing team, coach MES, drive membership sales, and ensure a welcoming UP LIFT culture across all departments. Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years customer service in a retail, restaurant or in-person based service.
3+ years leading operational teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Build relationships by establishing trust quickly and positively influencing others.
Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.
Must obtain a current CPR certification.
Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager by forecasting upcoming staffing needs.
Lead membership sales training and drive member growth.
Directly manage and support the Member Experience Lead and Member Experience Specialists to ensure a great guest and member experience.
Ensure club maintains UPLIFT culture and delivers a superior brand experience.
Recruit, hire, and train frontline team members and coordinate training.
