Job summary

acac Adventure Central is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily club operations, ensuring staffing, cleanliness, and Five*Star service. The role requires training to cover member services and sales, while driving memberships and ancillary revenue within budget.

You will collaborate with the Regional General Manager to achieve revenue targets, manage expenses, and supervise a team of direct and indirect reports, including trainers and instructors.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in club or hospitality industries.
• Strong revenue management and budgeting skills.
• Proficient with standard office software (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and engaging environment.
• Be a role model for acac Adventure Central and Five*Star culture.
• Work with the RGM to meet revenue goals and manage expenses.
• Respond promptly to member and guest concerns and surveys.
• Hire, train and lead your team of direct reports.
• Oversee indirect reports (trainers and group instructors).
• Develop knowledge of all club departments.
• Assist the RGM in budgeting and financial reviews.
• Ensure purchasing follows procedures and collaborate with leadership.
• Inform members about events and encourage participation.
