This hands-on, high-energy leader will drive member satisfaction and revenue growth, set the tone across departments, and build a collaborative team culture while working one weekend day and being present for key club moments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in fitness, recreation, team management, youth programming, or hospitality.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes peak member usage times (evenings/weekends).

• Lead and inspire club operations, front desk, including fitness, training, events, programming, and overall member experience.
• Set the tone across departments, ensuring seamless operations, elevated hospitality, and engaging programming that brings the community to life.
