Job summary

The Oasis Club at CG in ChampionsGate, FL, is seeking a Club Manager to lead operations, finance and staff to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

You will manage policies, budgets and vendor relationships while coordinating with the board, ownership group, and Troon Golf to uphold high standards of service and compliance. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four to six years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in club or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all club operations and maintains relationships with Troon Golf, ownership, board, members and guests.
• Develops and enforces policies and procedures in line with board directives and budgets.
• Monitors financial reports and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Leads recruitment, training, performance reviews and staff development.
• Coordinates annual and long-range operating and capital plans with the leadership team.
