Job summary

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, located in Davenport, FL, seeks a Part-Time Guest Service Key Holder/Lead to support Front Desk, Concierge, Dining Outlets and Pool operations. In the absence of the Club Manager, you will handle opening/closing, daily reports, and cash handling.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2 years in private/club operations or equivalent; regular attendance is essential. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.

Description

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, located in Davenport, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Service Key Holder/Lead! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:

Assists managers with customer service across the club including the Front Desk/Concierge, Dining Outlets, and Pool facility. In the absence of the Club Manager, this position will be responsible for successful opening/ closing of the club, restaurant, and pool facilities. To include processing of daily reports, cash handling, and completion of opening/ closing checklists.

• Performs duties in association with and as directed by department managers.
• Provides customer service to club members, Front Desk, Concierge, Dining Outlets and Pool Facility.
• Assist with Member’s reservations, questions, policies, concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Assists Managers in any working projects.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Responsible for opening and or closing the club. Shifts start at 8:30am or 3:00pm. Club hours 9a-9p.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2 years’ experience in private/club operations or equivalent preferred.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
