The Oasis Club at Champions Gate in Davenport, FL is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor - Public Spaces. The role leads daily housekeeping operations, trains staff, and ensures cleanliness standards across public areas and back-of-house spaces.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in resort/hotel/private club housekeeping, familiarity with SDS/Chemical Safety protocols, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of resort/hotel/private club housekeeping experience.
• Experience with SDS/ Chemical Safety standards & protocols.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff and guests.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• May work near moving parts or with toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Noise level is moderate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet established standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices for cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and coverage throughout the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support.
