The Oasis Club at Championsgate in Davenport, FL is seeking a Full-Time Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead back-of-house operations, oversee menu development, and drive food safety and cost controls. This role requires 7+ years of resort/restaurant kitchen management, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership.

You will work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with hours 9a-9p. Join Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, and help develop staff, manage purchasing, and uphold

Competenze

• 7+ years of resort/restaurant kitchen management experience.
• ServSafe Certified (Food Manager & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.
• Fluent English with strong leadership and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead back-of-house operations and kitchen staff.
• Oversee menu development, recipes, and food preparation.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and food costs to maintain budget.
• Ensure sanitation standards and health inspections compliance.
• Hire, train, and develop kitchen team and supervisors.
