Job summary

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate in Davenport, FL is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Lead to support front desk, concierge, dining outlets, and pool operations. Responsibilities include opening/closing the club, cash handling, and daily reporting while ensuring excellent member service.

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and about 2 years of club operations experience is preferred. Regular attendance and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years' experience in private/club operations or equivalent preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing of the club, restaurant, and pool facilities.
• Provide customer service to club members at Front Desk/Concierge, Dining Outlets, and Pool.
• Handle member reservations and respond to questions, policies, or complaints promptly.
• Perform other duties as directed by department managers and assist with projects.

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, located in Davenport, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Service Key Holder/Lead! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:

Assists managers with customer service across the club including the Front Desk/Concierge, Dining Outlets, and Pool facility. In the absence of the Club Manager, this position will be responsible for successful opening/ closing of the club, restaurant, and pool facilities. To include processing of daily reports, cash handling, and completion of opening/ closing checklists.

Essential Duties:

• Performs duties in association with and as directed by department managers.
• Provides customer service to club members, Front Desk, Concierge, Dining Outlets and Pool Facility.
• Assist with Member's reservations, questions, policies, concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Assists Managers in any working projects.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Responsible for opening and or closing the club. Shifts start at 8:30am or 3:00pm. Club hours 9a-9p.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2 years' experience in private/club operations or equivalent preferred.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
