Equinox is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Nashville club to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead Front Desk, Housekeeping, and management staff, driving revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of leadership in customer service, a 4-year degree, and a passion for fitness. The role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment within a premium wellness brand.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of management experience in a customer service business.
• Enthusiastic, passionate about fitness and guest experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and MOD managers while assisting the General Manager with delegated projects.
• Manage inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage and club maintenance.
• Educate staff on proper company policies and procedures.
