Job summary

Equinox in Miami is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient operations across all club departments and deliver the highest level of member service. You will supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers and collaborate with the General Manager on key projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of management experience in hospitality or fitness, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of driving revenue and staff development.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service, educational, fitness, or professional setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive revenue and manage finances.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers and assist the General Manager with delegated projects.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll budgeting, daily deposits, shift coverage and facility maintenance.
• Educate staff on company policies and ensure adherence to standards.
