Planet Fitness in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily club operations and ensure a positive member experience within the Judgement Free Zone. You will lead a high-energy team, manage schedules, training, and performance, and drive profitability through KPI monitoring and effective resource planning.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety, handling member issues promptly, and implementing change-management to improve service

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team in a fitness/retail environment.
• Proven ability to train and coach staff to deliver great service.
• Familiarity with P&L and KPI monitoring in a club setting.

Responsabilidades

• Grow, develop and build a winning team through hiring, training and performance management.
• Teach your team to provide +1 service and lead by example.
• Ensure friendly greetings and enthusiastic interactions with members as they enter/exit.
• Drive EFT by meeting KPI targets like BCM, tour %, retention, engagement.
• Respond to member service submissions promptly and effectively.
• Lead change-management and implement new systems with clarity.
• Own opening/closing procedures and 24/5 club operations.
• Create weekly schedules aligned with payroll grid and staffing needs.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, initiatives and policy across the team.
• Develop the assistant manager into a future leader through on-the-job training.
• Perform weekly bank deposits and monitor revenue.
