Qualifications

• 4 year college degree preferred.
• 4 years management experience required.
• Fitness management experience preferred.
• Current CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and club policies.
• Communicate and implement club policies to staff.
• Encourage teamwork and productivity across departments.
• Make decisions to drive club performance.
• Recruit and hire qualified staff with an emphasis on quality and fit.
• Lead by example to ensure excellent member experience.
• Coordinate with departments to meet club targets for service and safety.
