Job summary

Crunch Fitness McKinney North is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the club’s day-to-day member and staff experiences, drive onboarding, coaching, and performance, and partner with the General Manager to hit membership and revenue goals.

You’ll coach the team on sales techniques, manage billing and inventory, plan member engagement events, and ensure high cleaning standards while sustaining a positive, energetic club culture that supports growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive personality with leadership presence.
• Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience with member retention strategies and cancel-save processes.
• Strong communication skills to coach and motivate teams.
• Organized with attention to billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems.
• Previous leadership or operations experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Growth-minded and able to support GM in targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by maintaining a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Drive member integration and sales performance through kickoff sessions and enrollments.
• Support retention via cancel-save processes and follow-up with cancelled members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions, ACH enrollment, referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Manage billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings with GM and club leaders to review performance.
• Oversee cleaning systems and protocols to maintain Crunch's standards.
• Review performance reports and provide training/development solutions.
• Support the GM in achieving membership and revenue targets.
