Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Strong drive for results and solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club team with vision and direction, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Build a strong bench by encouraging team member growth and development.
• Coach and develop staff, providing honest and actionable feedback.
• Make decisions aligned with the company strategy to meet goals.
• Maintain awareness of local competition and current retail trends.
• Control operating costs and establish operational efficiencies.
• Implement concepts to maximize profitability and drive sales.
• Create a great member experience that exceeds expectations.
• Meet planned profit objectives through productivity and inventory management.
• Oversee warehouse operations and coordinate with Home Office on targets.
