Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Club operations and program delivery.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain leaders and volunteers.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve operations, programs, and outcomes.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and grant-funded activities within approved budgets.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and responsive communications with parents, members, and staff.
• Collaborate with the Vice President to align staffing and hours with program needs.
• Prepare reports for governance bodies and support resource development initiatives.
