Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
• Ongoing Club Fit Training in 1Huddle.
• Demonstrate proficiency in membership systems (agreement management, profile management).
• Maintain proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to provide membership and program information.
• Enroll new members and assist with retention objectives.
• Manage prospect database and schedule follow-ups.
• Support monthly membership revenue and program sales goals.
