You will manage memberships and personnel, develop marketing strategies, and ensure the facilities are operating smoothly, with a focus on guest experience and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with prior management experience, strong budgeting skills, and a commitment to customer service and safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous management experience required
• Strong understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Create and adhere to the operational budget
• Oversee marketing efforts and promotions
• Oversee membership sales and promotions
• Build relationships with vendors
• Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed
• Hire and train staff
• Oversee customer service and resolve issues that arise
• Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
