Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Fort Worth to guide guests through CLUB membership and benefits. You will serve as product expert, handle memberships, sales, and account inquiries while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role involves demonstrating products, processing payments, and keeping the CLUB booth organized. Prior customer service is a plus; part-time position with team support.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative when unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and promote CLUB membership.
• Execute CLUB operations, activations, and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and explain benefits of services.
• Provide full CLUB member experience including payments and applications.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and keep area clean and organized.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
• Offer peer coaching and act as a CLUB advocate.
