Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class service while guiding guests to CLUB membership benefits. The Outfitter will become the product expert, handling membership activation, CLUB sales, and account servicing to ensure a seamless CLUB experience.

You will process applications and payments, answer account questions, and provide peer coaching as a CLUB advocate, supporting store operations and customer satisfaction across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Experience in a customer service environment is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience for guests.
• Greet customers and offer CLUB membership opportunities or enhance value for current members.
• Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate and explain Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB products and services.
• Remain knowledgeable about promotions and advertised sales.
• Meet store metrics and assist CLUB inventory management.
• Process CLUB memberships, payments, and applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; coach peers and advocate CLUB values.
• Support other store areas as needed.
