The role emphasizes customer engagement, accurate CLUB processing, and adherence to CLUB programs, with opportunities to coach peers and contribute to store metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent organization, communication, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service on the sales floor.
• Present Bass Pro Shops CLUB Member benefits and enroll new members.
• Process CLUB applications and conduct account servicing.
• Maintain CLUB inventory and keep the booth clean and organized.
• Support CLUB operations and comply with program rules.
