Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB membership. You will be the product expert, processing applications and payments, and guiding guests through the CLUB experience.

You will help achieve store metrics, maintain an organized CLUB booth, and provide peer coaching and support as a CLUB advocate. This part-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities within our retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Serve as CLUB product expert and process applications and payments.
• Provide CLUB member experience and address account questions.
• Maintain CLUB booth inventory and cleanliness.
• Assist store guests across departments as needed.
