Bass Pro Shops is hiring a Part-Time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote the CLUB membership benefits. The role requires handling CLUB processes, sales, and account servicing while coaching peers and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work independently with initiative in a fast-paced retail environment at our Louisville store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with applications.
• Process CLUB-related payments and manage accounts.
• Demonstrate products and maintain CLUB booth appearance.
• Keep CLUB inventory accurate and organized.
• Provide feedback and reports on CLUB activities.
• Support store teams and perform other duties as needed.
