Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Part Time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service at the CLUB booth. You will educate guests about CLUB benefits, assist with enrollment, process applications and payments, and support CLUB operations across the store.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years in customer service, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative when unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service at the CLUB Booth.
• Educate guests about CLUB benefits and enroll new members.
• Process CLUB payments and applications, and ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about promotions.
• Keep CLUB inventory accurate and the booth clean and organized.
• Provide peer coaching and support as a CLUB advocate.
