Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Fort Smith, AR to deliver world-class guest service and act as a CLUB product expert, guiding guests through membership activation and benefits. You will greet customers, promote CLUB memberships, process applications, demonstrate products, and help ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership and experiences.
• Explain CLUB benefits and process membership applications.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed on promotions.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and cleanliness.
• Process payments and respond to account questions.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to supervisors.
• Support other store areas as needed.
