Bass Pro Shops in Cary, NC, is seeking a Part-Time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB membership benefits. You will act as the CLUB product expert, support sales and member activation, and help maintain a clean, organized CLUB Booth.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a retail environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualificações

• Minimum education is high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to new processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Proactively greets customers and presents them with the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member or provides current member with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Executes all Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrates products to customers.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• Helps meet metric goals and objectives for self and store.
• Keeps CLUB inventory accurate and keeping the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provides full CLUB Member experience including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
