Bass Pro Shops Auburn Hills, MI is hiring a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter for a part-time role. You will greet guests, promote CLUB membership, process applications, and provide the full CLUB Member experience on the sales floor.

You will demonstrate products, answer questions, support CLUB programs, and help meet store metrics while delivering world-class customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present the CLUB Membership opportunity or value to current members.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs and process payments and applications.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and help meet store metrics.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide daily feedback and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
