Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB membership.
• Demonstrate products and explain benefits of CLUB membership.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and assist with CLUB applications.
• Maintain CLUB booth inventory and cleanliness and provide daily reports.
