You will act as product expert, process payments, and assist members with account questions and applications while keeping the CLUB booth stocked and compliant with programs.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive attitude, with opportunities to coach peers and contribute to sales metrics and customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership options.
• Demonstrate products and CLUB benefits to customers.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and assist with CLUB applications.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB booth clean and organized.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Offer peer coaching and act as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Support other store areas as needed by business needs.
