Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro CLUB membership or provide exclusive experience to current members.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Assist customers with CLUB payments, account questions, and applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; support CLUB advocacy across store areas.
