Planet Fitness Asheboro is seeking a Club Manager to oversee all club operations under the Senior General Manager. You will build a high-performing team, ensure guest experiences meet our standards, and drive membership growth while maintaining financial targets.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, staff development, and hands-on engagement with front desk operations, tours, and member enrollment within a fast-paced fitness club setting.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• High school education/GED.
• Management experience through Planet Fitness preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Ability to successfully coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed, and the team performs to NFP standards.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals, including drivers and KPI's.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
• Manages club labor and ensure payroll accuracy by validating employee timecards, approving payroll, scheduling shifts efficiently.
• Ensure assigned clubs are clean, well-maintained and safe for all members and staff.
• Hold staff accountable to policies and procedures, provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Drive membership sales with a focus on achieving DGR goals and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
• Update Senior General Manager on assigned club progress weekly.
