The role requires 4+ years in retail/store/warehouse leadership, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage a large team, optimize costs, and foster growth. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss, shrink control, staff development, and customer service.

• Effectively leads the team by providing clear direction and validating results.
• Builds a club culture that motivates team members and recognizes accomplishments.
• Develops talent, conducts constructive feedback, and nurtures growth within the team.
• Communicates necessary information clearly, explains the reasons behind decisions, and keeps messaging simple.
• Makes strong decisions aligned with the company priorities to meet club goals.
• Monitors local competition and retail trends; manages costs and implements profitability concepts.
• Ensures superb member experience and adheres to BJ’s core values.
• Attains sales and profit targets through supervision of warehouse operations and coordination with Home Office.
• Maintains a roadmap for KPIs like productivity, audits, shrink, and turnover.
