Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Strong drive for results and solid work ethic; honest, straightforward and service-focused.
• Excellent communication skills; able to lead and motivate a large team.
• Solid understanding of P&L, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities including managing cross-functional teams, training, and delivering results.
• Open shift availability.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Monitor local competition and retail trends to stay competitive.
• Control costs and drive operational efficiencies; implement concepts to maximize profitability.
• Deliver a great shopping experience and exceed member expectations.
• Meet profit objectives through supervision of operations and collaboration with Home Office.
• Maintain roadmaps to hit KPIs like productivity, turnover, and audits.
