Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership required.
• Solid understanding of profit & loss, shrink control, merchandising and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club team with vision, direction and accountability.
• Develop talent, provide feedback and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee store operations, cost controls and profitability to meet targets.
