Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Club Manager to oversee all club operations and drive member experiences that transform lives. The role requires leading a servant-leader staff to meet operational and financial goals.

The position offers full-time exempt status with a $50,000 annual salary, a weekend-to-midweek schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401K with match, health options, and life/disability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and hires are compliant with NFP standards.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage labor and payroll accuracy, schedule shifts efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities and meet Club BER standards.
• Coach staff and enforce policies and progressive discipline.
• Drive membership sales and community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development.
• Assess areas of need and implement corrective plans.
• Update Senior General Manager on progress weekly.
• Attend and participate in Regional Meetings.
• Complete One-on-Ones with development goals.
