National Fitness Partners owns the largest Planet Fitness franchise and operates multiple clubs nationwide. We offer a full-time exempt Club Manager role with a $50,000 annual salary. Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday 6:45am–2:45pm, and Monday–Wednesday 11am–7pm, at our Akron location.

The Club Manager oversees all club operations, drives member experiences, develops a servant-leader staff, and aligns with our mission to transform lives through affordable fitness.

Qualifications

• Must manage club operations and staff to meet goals.
• Experience with recruitment, interviewing and staffing decisions.
• Proven ability to drive membership sales and community outreach.
• Strong customer service mindset and safety/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and team meets NFP standards; recruit, screen, interview, and hire staff.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain welcoming environment for members.
• Manage labor, payroll, timecards, and shift scheduling.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities and pass monthly BER inspection.
• Coach staff; enforce policies and progressive discipline as needed.
• Drive membership sales and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to improve performance.
• Assess club needs and implement corrective plans.
• Report progress to Senior General Manager weekly.
• Attend Regional Meetings and complete One-on-Ones on time.
