Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee all club operations under the Senior General Manager. You will lead a servant‑leader team, deliver exceptional member experiences, and drive the club’s financial and operational goals.

You will recruit and staff the club, coach employees, manage payroll and scheduling, uphold health and safety standards, and promote membership growth through guest services and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in fitness industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and operating to NFP standards.
• Drive member sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Manage payroll and scheduling accurately.
• Provide coaching and develop staff through one-on-ones.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety; pass BER inspections.
• Attend regional meetings and report progress weekly.
