Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Club Manager in Lebanon, IN to oversee daily club operations and drive member satisfaction. You will lead a team, ensure staffing, and align with financial goals while delivering a safe, clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• High school education/GED.
• Management experience through Planet Fitness preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Ability to successfully coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and recruiting, including pre-screens, interviews and hiring decisions.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for members.
• Manage club labor and ensure payroll accuracy; schedule shifts efficiently.
• Ensure clubs are clean, well-maintained and safe; pass monthly BER inspection.
• Coach staff and apply progressive discipline as needed.
• Drive membership sales and contribute to community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to improve performance.
• Update Senior General Manager on club progress weekly.
• Attend and participate in Regional Meetings.
