Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Club Manager for a full-time exempt role. The position carries a $50,000 annual salary with a weekend and weekday schedule in a bustling Indianapolis-area gym.

You will supervise operations, recruit and coach staff, drive member sales, and ensure a high-quality, safe, welcoming environment for members and employees. Growth opportunities exist within the network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fitness club or service operation.
• Ability to recruit, train and lead a staff to meet goals.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club staffing and staffing plans meet NFP standards.
• Drive monthly goals, manage payroll and scheduling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and welcoming environment.
• Oversee club cleanliness, safety, and inspections.
• Lead sales efforts to achieve membership targets and community outreach.
